The hemp used in our products, is hemp from Europe, mainly Italy, Poland and Lithuania. All hemp used is from varieties approved and certified by the EU. Both the biomass used for extraction and the finished products are tested for pesticides, heavy metals, fungi or moulds. Just as importantly, they are regularly tested for cannabinoid content to stay within the letter of the law. SaltySpot is 100% natural, though not ordinary, hemp products.

Orders paid by 3:00 pm, are processed the same day and usually delivered the next business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, are shipped the next day.

Delivery process

When the parcel is posted, you will be given a tracking number so that you can track the shipped parcel and estimate the expected delivery time by the courier.

Payment on delivery

When placing an order, there is a choice of payment upon delivery.

Payment by traditional bank transfer

When placing your order, please select the appropriate option, then make a transfer to the account number provided. The parcel will be dispatched once the funds have been credited.

Payment in EUR

It is possible to transfer money in a different currency, for this you must select payment by Bank Transfer, then select the relevant currency account. It is also possible to pay in EUR, by credit card and by Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Product returns

The buyer has a 30-day period to return the products, without giving any reason. The product must be intact and in its original packaging. The product should be sent back to the returns service address below. Upon receipt of the return, we will process the refund within 5 working days.
